Can I get my diploma?

Proof of graduation is your Official Transcript. Diplomas are only mementos and not an official document. Therefore, diplomas, or copies of diplomas, are not available.

How can I get my Official Transcript?

Transcripts/records are held at the last school attended for five years after graduation year, even if you did not graduate. Please contact that school for those records during this time.

After five years, transcripts, test cards and immunization records are microfilmed. They are permanently maintained at the AUHSD Transcript Office. To obtain these records:

Fill a copy of Transcript/Record Request Form. You may mail it with a copy of your ID and $3.00 per set of records to the address at the top of the form. YOUR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.

Sorry, there are no "Rush" orders - Transcripts are processed in the order they are received.
